Colorfest

Bringing the Arts to New Bern is the slogan and passion of Colorfest. It is designed to inspire the creativity and artistic nature in New Bern's youth while teaching them about team work and being a part of history. Kids paint mural and work on team art projects while listening to great music. Adjacent streets are closed off so there is a place for skating, chalk art and playing games too. The founders believe that Colorfest, now in its seventh year, will help kids channel their creative energy and talents in a positive way.
